Deco and theme conceptualisation

We source the most current, trending and budget friendly deco ideas and elements in line with the theme and concept of the event then carefully arrange and decorate the venue in the most tasteful and appealing manner.

At this stage, we ensure that the client’s input is actively gained through arranging mock set-ups and other pre-assessments that may become necessary for the intended look and feel.

Preliminary planning

Planning is a critical first step in organising an event. We take great care in first making sure that we understand the client’s brief in detail before we proceed to craft an event concept that addresses each of the expressed needs while adding our expertise to what will best result in a wonderful outcome.

Venue liaison and negotiation

Location of an event has to take into consideration ease of access, comfort and presence of all necessary amenities. We have the expertise to identify just the right spot for an event of any nature.

Should this be a requirement, our resident DJ boasts experience of over ten years in the field with a rich bouquet various music genres.

Several forms of entertainment are available to create the right ambiance such as karaoke, photo booth, live performances etc.

Jackie Duwo

Founder

Jackie Duwo is a seasoned business development professional with a wealth of experience in corporate South Africa, her career mostly planted but not limited to the accounting field with exposure in the audit, legal and State Owned Companies, having worked for one of the top SA’s audit and advisory firms and one of the largest legal firms in South Africa.

It is this career that afforded her full exposure into PR & Marketing which is where she enjoyed a long journey of planning events, coordinating and hosting them whilst also cultivating her public speaking skills. She is a diligent and well organised planner who throws passion and her love for people into every event she organises; big or small.

Jackie’s passion in hosting and curiosity in the culinary world are the elements that fuel her appetite to continuously evolve and keep up with the creativity and ever-changing trends in this industry. She has over the years remained curious in deco and different forms of entertainment which have led to the acquisition of her avid skills. When Jackie is not hosting a client at an event, you are most likely to find her at home with friends and family, doing likewise.
